‘Tuesday is the new Friday’ This is how Hub has been described over the last year!

What started as a virtual Alpha Table continued as a community hub where God has been working and transforming the small things in the everyday.

Over the last year, we have been blown away with Gods provision and how community can be created purely over zoom! We have seen people give their life to Jesus or re-find their faith, or continue to explore. Pattern groups have been formed, relationships started, people being healed of past hurts and others starting to or grow in confidence in praying and sharing prophecies. Some have moved into flats with other Christians for the first time and found new life in this - one described that she has never laughed so much as she does in her new flat! Another went from leading worship in hub to starting an internship with KXC and is now part of the worship team. Others have shared words and pictures in online Sunday morning zoom gatherings and since meeting in person the majority have made KXC their home and started to serve. People who didn’t go to church before, have started reading the Bible during the Alpha Course, have begun coming along to KXC regularly and have even brought other friends along.

Ultimately we have had a lot of fun, made new friendships, built community and spent time each week with God together. What a privilege. Praise Jesus.
