Welcome to London and welcome to KXC!
Whether you’ve just arrived in London or have recently found our church, we are so glad you’re here. We’re a community of students who meet regularly, share life together and encourage one another to walk out our faith at university. We believe that this is one of the most formative and pivotal seasons of your life and we would love to share in the journey and welcome you with open arms!
Below are some of the ways you can get involved.
Our hubs are small groups of students who meet mid-week across the city to build friendships and have fun whilst learning together to live in and live out the story of Jesus. This term each hub will be going through the Alpha course in a flexible way tailored to each group. This will help us all, wherever we’re at, explore the Christian faith in a relaxed environment and also provide an opportunity to invite friends along. This community is such a gift, and we have a strong sense and longing to help every student at KXC make the most of the time here. Just imagine the potential impact of every student inviting a friend along this term...! (See here for hub descriptions and to sign up!)
Do grab our student pastor Jonny or any of the team on a Sunday, we’d absolutely love to meet you! You are of course so welcome at any of our services and students tend to gather at the 6.30. We also head to a Spanish bar after the service every week, this is a great way to get plugged in and meet other students.
Every so often we all meet up to hang out and gather for worship, teaching and ministry – the next date is Tuesday 22nd January, from 7.30pm at the Ethiopian Church. (You can listen to the talks from a previous gathering here.)
Student Weekend Away
Once a year we head out of London for our Student Weekend Away. Our most recent weekend took place in November and provided an amazing opportunity to get to know others in the first term, with lots of space to hang out, great food, bonfires, country walks and games galore!
