On Sunday 16 June guest speaker Shane Claiborne will be joining us at all three services – 10.30am, 4.30pm and 6.30pm – to speak on the theme of Jesus and Justice. In what way does the message of Jesus offer hope to a hurting world, and how can we engage with the social issues of today?
All are welcome to join us, so please send the invite out to friends, family, colleagues and neighbours!
Our 10.30am service meets at Regent High School (NW1 1RX), while our 4.30pm and 6.30pm services take place at the Ethiopian Church on Pentonville Road (N1 9NJ).
Shane Claiborne is a prominent speaker, activist, and best-selling author. He worked with Mother Teresa in Calcutta, and founded The Simple Way in Philadelphia. He heads up Red Letter Christians, a movement of people who are committed to living “as if Jesus meant the things he said."
