Lead a Hub

LEAD A HUB

If you love gathering people, love Jesus, and are part of the KXC family, we’d like to invite you to explore Hub leading. This is a great way of opening up space for people to connect and grow in faith.

Types of Hubs:

  • Village Hubs: location-based, typically meeting weekly or fortnightly in a home, focused on community, Bible study and prayer.

  • Prayer Hubs: groups centred on prayer, often around a particular area/theme. May meet weekly, fortnightly, or monthly

  • Course Hubs: goes through a particular Christian teaching course, with a new intake each term.

Note: We’re also exploring Missional Hubs, which are groups focused on sharing God’s love with the wider community through a shared activity/interest. If you’ve got an idea for this that you could lead, please let us know.

If you’ve got an idea for a Hub or are interested in leading in the future, please get in touch via the form below! We typically ask people to be part of an existing KXC Hub for at least one term before becoming a Hub Leader, but even if you haven’t yet, we’d still like to hear from you. Afterwards, we’ll send more info on what’s involved with being a Hub Leader. If you’ve got any questions, you can also email us at hubs@kxc.org.uk

What’s the process for becoming a Hub Leader?

  1. Think about why, when, where, how, and who you could co-lead with. If you don’t know all these details, that’s ok! We’d still like to hear from you.

  2. Complete the New Hub Leader Form above

  3. Chat with our Formation Team, who will come back to you with the next steps

  4. Confirm your Hub plans and details

  5. Attend a New Hub Leader Training

  6. Launch your Hub!

We offer support and training to all of our Hub Leaders along the way too.
